We collect information about you when you submit an enquiry via the contact form  contact page or over the telephone as our calls are recorded . We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

Chase Garage Doors stores your Name, Email and Telephone data in 3rd party CRM Systems such as (Flight Deck ) for accounting and in the near future (Mail Chimp) for Email Marketing. Both are GDPR compliant and we hold your data in an encrypted environment with those systems to send invoices and communicate news, new products and services only. We do not send your data to anyone else without your prior permission.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your enquiry, manage your enquiry and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you in the future. We also may choose to contact you for your  feedback and to ask your permission to use  any before and after photos of your work on our website and facebook. Under no circumstances will these be used without asking your permission. No address will ever be disclosed even when your permission is granted although your name me mentioned with your permission.

We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We do not share your information with any other company for marketing purposes only on occasions when a supplier may wish to contact you regarding a warranty issues with you about a door you have purchased.

Your details are printed out in preparation for a site survey or fitting and on returned to the office this data is locked in a secure place in our office . Fitting diaries are destroyed daily and shredded.

In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from your credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies or our suppliers.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours and other companies in our group which may be of interest to you. If you have not  consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date if and when you receive any details from us. At present we do not operate this system.
